This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and The Stylist LA with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement and constitutes the final, complete and exclusive statement of the terms of the Agreement and supersedes all prior written and oral agreements, understandings and obligations with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement. Changes can only be made by The Stylist LA. We reserve the right to terminate or modify this Agreement at any time for any reason or without cause, provided that We notify you of such termination or modification. The waiver or breach of any term shall not affect the other terms of this Agreement. The Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, excluding its principles of conflict of laws. You may not assign this Agreement without the prior written consent of The Stylist LA. This agreement contains all the terms and conditions that govern your rental of The Stylist LA products through the Website from time to time. You agree that your general use of our website, with the exception of rental orders as set out in this agreement, is subject in all respects to the terms of use of our website under the terms and conditions and the privacy policy under confidentiality, as these conditions may change from time to time. No other condition (pre-printed or otherwise) has any force or effect.
You accept and acknowledge that you rent the Products and that ownership of the Products will remain the property of The Stylist LA at all times. Our products can be rented for people under the age of 18, but we only rent to adults who can pay with a credit card or other approved payment method. If you are under the age of 18, you may accept these Terms and Conditions and order products only with the participation and consent of your parent or guardian. -Dresses may ”bleed”, transfer or rub color on your skin and/or clothing/underwear/tights when worn, and DDDR is not responsible for such damages and will not compensate or replace you for such clothing. The use of the dress is at your own risk of possible damage to the clothes. Dazzle Dance Dress Rentals` liability under this Rental Agreement is limited in all cases, including but not limited to failure to deliver the dresses, to the refund of all amounts paid by the Renter to Dazzle Dance Dress Rentals as a result of the rent provided herein. Guarantees. Return of unworn products due to their size. If your Product is not suitable for you, you may return the Product to us within 24 hours (except Sundays and holidays) of receipt of the Product by contacting us by email or telephone and returning the Product in accordance with the return procedures set out in Section 4(b) below (a ”Size Return”). We will then issue you a credit note for the full rental fee (less shipping costs) of the Product for the future rental of our Products by you, as long as the Product has not been borne in our sole discretion.
– All accessories sent with the rental dresses must be returned with the dress as stated, otherwise there will be a late fee of $10/day. All accessories that are not returned within 10 days will be charged at the total retail value set by Dazzle Dance Dress Rentals. -Requested dresses to try on within 14 days of the tenant`s event may require an additional refundable deposit equal to the total price of the dress rental. Use of products. You agree to treat the Products with the utmost care as if they had been borrowed from your close friend. You are responsible for any loss, destruction or damage to the Products due to theft, mysterious disappearance, fire, heavy stains or other causes, other than normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear includes minor stains, cracks, missing beads, stuck zippers or any other minor damage covered by the insurance you paid for with your rental of the corresponding product. If you return a damaged product beyond normal wear and tear, you agree that we will charge you the price of repairing or replacing the product, as determined in our discretion, up to the retail value of the product and that we will pay you. -Tenants who keep a dress from a trial booking will pay the full amount of the event rental at the end of the trial period or will be subject to a fee of $10 per day for late payments. The tenant`s credit card will be charged and in case of refusal, the fees will be charged. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between you (”you” or ”your”) and The Stylist LA (”The Stylist LA”, ”we”, ”us” or ”our”) that sets out the conditions under which you submit information and rent clothing and accessories (each, a ”Product” and collectively ”Products”) and receive related services (”Services”) from The Stylist LA via our website at www. The Stylistla.com and/or www.stylistla.com (the ”Website”).
I accept all terms and conditions and that Dazzle Dance Dress Rentals and agree to cover the cost of the clothing rental(s), shipping and any damage/loss/theft and/or late fees. -The tenant may be required to pay a refundable deposit of $150 for each dress for each fitting or event rental. Deposits are at the discretion of DDDR and will be collected prior to shipment of the clothing. -Professional cleaning is included in the rental price and there is no additional cleaning fee unless the dress is returned damaged or excessively dirty. For some reason, do not dry clean the dress. – All clothing and jewelry rentals must be paid before use. Clothing used without payment will result in the loss of the deposit in addition to the full rental fee. -All clothing and jewelry rentals last up to 5 days and start on the day the dress is received by the tenant, including Saturday and Sunday.
No refunds will be given for clothing returned prematurely. Additional rental days are available upon request at an additional cost, as stated on the article`s website. Reservations cannot end on a Sunday. The rental fee (”Rental Fee”) of the Products is the rental fee, insurance fee and delivery fee indicated on the Website in connection with your rental of the Products. When you order a product, you hereby authorize us to charge your credit card for the rental fee. We will charge your credit card for the rental fee immediately after your rental order. A reservation of a product on our website is an order for the rental of that product, regardless of the advance period for which that product is reserved. In addition, you hereby authorize The Stylist LA, at the time of your order for a Product, to charge your credit card for the full original retail value of that Product (if new) indicated on the Site, plus sales taxes (”Retail Value”); provided that we only charge the retail value in the circumstances set out in section 4 below. Rental fees exclude all federal, state and local taxes, GST, fees, duties, levies and other government levies, all of which are paid directly by you or, if paid by The Stylist LA, are payable by you to The Stylist LA as part of your rental order. You may cancel your order for Products at least seven (7) days prior to the ordered delivery date.
For cancellations, a full merchandise credit will be granted, which can be applied to a future purchase at The Stylist LA. -Fitting costs will be deducted from the rental price of the dress if the dress is booked within 90 days after the first fitting date. By creating an account or paying for a reservation for a dress, the tenant accepts all the conditions indicated herein. -All rental fees due by the tenant must be PAID IN FULL at the time of booking to keep the dress for the tenant`s event dates. Dresses will not be considered reserved until full payment has been made, and if payment is not received within 24 hours of billing, the reservation will be cancelled and the clothing may no longer be available. -Tenants who are in possession of a dress will not be charged additional days prior to their event if agreed by DDDR and their event is within the next 20 days. Full rental fees must be paid prior to the return date of the trial period, otherwise a late payment fee will apply. Please contact DDDR for permission to keep the dress during this period. -For any cancellation of an event dress rental or jewelry reservation made more than 21 days before the start date, 25% of the rental fee per dress for event rental will be lost, 75% being refunded to the tenant.
Shipping costs will be refunded in full. -The return date will be indicated on the rental instructions included with the dress. Reservations cannot end on a Sunday. -Fitting rentals will be 2 days from the date of receipt of the dress by the tenant. The dress must be returned within 2 days of receipt, otherwise a fee will apply. Try rentals that allow the tenant to dress to determine fit and desirability before deciding on a full tenancy. The test time cannot be used to wear the dress during any type of performance or to be danced during wearing. The dress must be returned with the label attached, or the full rental fee will be charged, as well as the loss of the deposit. -Clothes and jewelry that are not returned after 10 days will be charged with the total purchase price of the rental dress, which is determined as the rental price multiplied by 15. Tenants are responsible for the safety of the clothing/jewelry in their possession and agree to pay for the loss of clothing/jewelry. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Lending Luxury with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement and constitutes the final, complete and exclusive statement of the terms of the Agreement, superseding all prior written and oral agreements, understandings and obligations with respect to the subject matter hereof. Changes can only be made by Lending Luxury.
We reserve the right to terminate or modify this Agreement at any time for any reason or for any reason, provided that We notify you of such termination or change. .
